Magellan Partners strengthens its position in ESG Consulting and the sustainable and extra-financial performance market
Magellan Partners is proud to announce the acquisition of VPWhite, a specialist in ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) consulting and the digitization of extra-financial processes (Quality, Health, Safety, Legal, Real Estate and Risk Management). This merger marks a key step in Magellan Partners’ 2030 strategy, strengthening its positioning in sustainable performance, which is at the heart of its 2030 strategic plan.

Founded in 2006 and with 100 consultants in 4 countries (France, USA, Germany and UK), VPWhite has over 100 major international accounts and government clients, and specializes in sustainable performance and the digital transformation of companies in the fields of ESG, Environment, Health, Safety and Quality (EHSQ), real estate, legal processes and risk management. VPWhite provides comprehensive support at every stage: from roadmap definition to operational deployment, via the integration of specialized platforms and ongoing monitoring of operational departments, while guiding its customers through the complex world of ESG regulations (CSRD, European Taxonomy, Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, etc.).

This merger with the Magellan Partners Group will enable VPWhite to round out its range of expertise for customers by adding sector-specific, business and technological skills to its traditional consulting and integration activities; and to accelerate its international development by targeting the Nordic countries, the UK and Germany in particular.

The industrial project at the heart of the merger aims to make VPWhite a leader in ESG-enhanced transformation, by expanding its sector coverage and its offerings around sustainable performance, and by developing the use of intelligent technologies. VPWhite will draw in particular on Magellan Partners’ DATA, Artificial Intelligence Generative (AI GEN) and broad technology base to respond decisively to environmental, social and governance challenges.
