First interview: meeting with a recruiter
A discussion with a recruiter. We’ll clear up any misunderstandings and ensure that your goals and aspirations align with the job description and the chosen department. This step may be conducted via video call.
Second interview: meeting with a manager
Let’s get down to business and dive into the details of your experience. We’ll assess your skills and present you with assignments that could become yours. Now is the time to see if your aspirations for the role align with the team’s vision and potential.
Final interview before hiring
This interview will be conducted by the Service Delivery Manager or the Agency Director. We’ll discuss your skills and career goals in detail, but above all, we’ll explore how you see yourself fitting into our teams and our company!
