On your onboarding programme
For us, your successful integration is essential. Starting on your first day, we’ll guide you step by step through your new environment: new offices, new teams and new responsibilities.
- A half-day orientation session and presentation of the Group by HR.
- Your mentor will greet you upon your arrival, introduce you to the team, and support you over the next few months.
- Let’s get to work! But always under the watchful and supportive eye of your mentor.
Recruitment process
We know your time is valuable. It takes just 3 to 6 weeks to sign your employment contract! During this time, your English proficiency will be assessed during a 30-minute phone test.
