On a daily basis our platform broadcasts over 300,000 station announcements. We work in partnership with best in class hardware providers, connecting information screens and help-points across 70% of the UK rail network.
As well as direct to customer communications, our Colleague App delivers real-time information to station staff, including live train running data, disruption-related ticket acceptance rules, passenger assistance, and on-site facilities, helping those that work on the railway surprise and delight each day.
