Parcours : Nord Department, France
The Nord Department in France has been deploying digital solutions since 2020 to support RSA beneficiaries (people receiving the Revenu de Solidarité Active, France’s social welfare programme providing income support and integration assistance), with nearly 2,400 caseworkers using Parcours on a daily basis. Pascal Fuchs, Deputy Director General in charge of employment and social action, commends the quality of the partnership with our teams and the digital solutions we provide.
Regarding the partnership, we have consistently listened to the Department, with close governance ensuring the ongoing evolution of Parcours. Through technical meetings (our teams, business units, IT department), steering committees, and user pilot groups—including RSA beneficiaries—dialogue is continuous. Today, the tool enables tracking the journey of nearly 100,000 RSA beneficiaries, including those entrusted to the 350 delegates funded by the Department as part of its PDI.
This agility was recently demonstrated through interoperability with France Travail (the French national employment service). As part of the experiment for revamped support for RSA beneficiaries, a 360-degree diagnosis has been exchanged in real time for several months between the Department’s system and that of France Travail, showcasing our ability to rapidly evolve our tools.
