You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or university. You have 3 to 7 years of experience as a sales engineer or business developer, including at least 3 years at a consulting firm on similar activities (product management, digital transformation, high-value B2B services). You master the entire business development cycle, from prospecting to client retention, on long and complex sales cycles. You know how to structure and manage ambitious account plans, develop, lead, and support commercial and operational teams. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy teamwork in an entrepreneurial setting, and appreciate having a visible impact. You are comfortable in high-level interactions with decision-makers (C-level, CIO, business departments), and demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, and responsiveness. You are interested in IT, digital, data, or organizational topics and demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills. You enjoy taking on challenges and want to actively contribute to the growth of a recognized group on the market.
