Gender Equality within Magellan

Being named one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality for the fifth consecutive year is a powerful endorsement of the work our teams have been doing over many years in the UK. It also sends an important message as we embark on the next phase of our journey as Magellan. Gender equality is essential to building the diverse teams we need to solve complex challenges for our clients, and we will continue to invest in the policies, culture and leadership behaviours that make that possible.”

This recognition reflects the commitment of colleagues right across our UK business. Whether through mentoring, networks like the Gender Network, or challenging bias in everyday decisions, people are making inclusion part of how we work. As we integrate new teams and capabilities into Magellan, we are determined to build and continue to strengthen that culture, ensuring that everyone, regardless of gender or background, can thrive and build a meaningful career with us.”
